Nucleon PLASMA back protector
The Nucleon PLASMA element in the back protector is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound containing no less than 25% bio-based content and molded into a precision-engineered geometry. The PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response. Its low-profile geometry compresses and extends with movement, while its channeled, highly perforated design maximizes airflow and cooling ventilation.

Perforated polymeric chest shells
The chest protector plastic shells are constructed from a high-performance polymeric material blend for optimized flexibility and excellent weight-saving properties, with extensive, strategically positioned perforation zones for excellent breathability and ventilation.

Adjustable quick-release waist system
The adjustable quick-release waist system provides a customized fit and keeps the protection secure and close to the body.

Articulated front plate
The articulated front plate provides maximum freedom of movement.

Flexible front side wings
The flexible front side wings move independently and adapt to the natural contours of the body.

Thermoformed padded chassis
The lightweight protector incorporates a thermoformed padded chassis, padded side wings, and Soft-touch 3D mesh on the skin-side of the back protector for optimal rider comfort, while its design offers high levels of breathability and airflow.
