In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.

If you still decide to ship your Tech-Air® product as a return, Alpinestars Spa will not be held responsible for the transit of such goods and will not accept them as returns. Made from 100% cotton with twill main fabric, the hat features a large flat-embroidered logo on the front. Internal and back labeling complete the branding details.
